Jimmy Anklesaria, President & CEO
Jimmy Anklesaria, F.C.A., LL.B., is the founder of Anklesaria Group, Inc. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and holds a law degree and an MBA. Mr. Anklesaria is the author of Supply Chain Cost Management: The AIM & DRIVE® Process for Achieving Extraordinary Results (AMACOM, 2007) and is co-author of Zero Base Pricing: Achieving World-Class Competitiveness Through Reduced All-In-Cost with David N. Burt and Warren E. Norquist. Mr. Anklesaria holds the international servicemark/patent for the AIM & DRIVE process. He has published several articles and cases in leading purchasing and financial journals and texts in the United States and abroad.
One of America's most sought-after speakers on cost management, Mr. Anklesaria conducts seminars and workshops around the world. He has a unique ability to provide practical solutions to complex business problems. Mr. Anklesaria has been the keynote speaker and workshop leader for a number of organizations and companies, including the Institute of Supply Management.
Since 1985, Mr. Anklesaria has taught graduate and undergraduate level courses in Strategic Cost Management, Finance and Investments at the University of San Diego, where he has been named Outstanding Professor of the Year. He has also lectured in Strategic Cost Management at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago and Arizona State University respectively. Mr. Anklesaria currently teaches a graduate course in Supply Chain Management at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego.
Oliver Rossi, Vice President
Oliver Rossi holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a science degree from the University of Reading, UK. Mr. Rossi has conducted seminars and facilitated workshops for several companies around the world. He has also lectured in Strategic Cost Management and Supply Market Analysis at the University of San Diego.
Mr. Rossi has worked with a wide variety of commodity teams from numerous companies including Chevron, Capital One, HP, Motorola and T-Mobile in developing and implementing cost management strategies. His experience in developing cost models, conducting industry analyses, gathering market intelligence and implementing cost knowledge management systems has helped customers save millions of dollars.
Rakesh Keswani, Vice President
Rakesh Keswani holds an MBA in Operations & Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Prior to joining the Anklesaria Group, Mr. Keswani worked for General Motors Corporation for 10 years and was involved in operations management, production, and supply chain management. Mr. Keswani has worked with numerous companies including Chevron, Symbol Technologies, Freeport McMoRan, and HP. His experience in manufacturing, operations management, and supply chain has resulted in millions of dollars in sustainable savings for our clients.
Cesare Businelli, Senior Vice President Europe
Cesare Businelli is a Chemical Engineer by training and has a post-graduate degree in Manufacturing Management. He brings a wide range of experience in logistics, production planning and supply chain management. After spending three years as Materials and Purchasing Manager for the Zanussi Group, Mr. Businelli spent eight years with Hewlett-Packard as Supply Chain Manager in Italy and as World Wide Operations Manager in the United States responsible for Supply Chain reengineering, strategic sourcing and ERP implementation.
Mr. Businelli served as Senior Manager of the European Supply Chain & Operations Practice for AT Kearney principally in the automotive industry and later as Italy General Manager of i2 Technologies in charge of developing the Italian business for Supply Chain Management software applications. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer for i-Faber, (part of Unicredit Group) in charge of technology and new product development including e-auctions, supplier scouting and rating, supply chain collaboration, document management, business intelligence.
Shardendu Malpani, Managing Director India
Shardu Malpani holds an MBA from the University of San Diego. Mr. Malpani has conducted seminars and facilitated workshops for several companies around the world. He has also been a guest speaker at the Institute of Supply Management and at the University of San Diego.
